The table below shows the possible messages statuses and in which context they can be used
The message is successfully received by Hector. Hector/UM will soon try to send it.
It was not possible (for now) to upload the message to ehealthbox. Hector will attempt to send it again.
The message was succesfully transferred on to the eHealtbox platform.
eHealthbox replyed with a notification that the message was successfully uploaded on eHealthbox
DOWNLOADED (older versions) or READ
eHealthbox replyed with a notification that the message was successfully downloaded. This does not give any garantuee that the message is successfully decrypted at the receiver side.
The message is received by the addressee and was successfully decrypted. The receivers may be using Hector or another eHboxClient
FORWARDED_TO_EMR (old versions)
AVAILABLE to EMR (new versions)
The message is received by the addressee with a HC Client, was successfully decrypted and exported to its EMR
Deprecated. Identical to FORWARDED_TO_EMR. This status is used when the receiver uses Hector or UM and is exporting as adrxml
The message is received by the addressee with a HC Client and successfully decrypted. Another application on the receivers' side downloaded the message from the HC Client and indicated that the message was successfully processed.
